For Black History Month, Tami Heide has a California Conversation with Pat Prescott, recently retired longtime morning show host at 94.7 the WAVE. Prescott catches us up on what she has been doing these last few months, traveling, organizing jazz cruises, spending time with her elderly mother on the East Coast, and hosting My Favorite Things, a 2 hour jazz radio program on 88.3 WBGO, a public radio station in Newark, New Jersey. Prescott also discussed her ongoing support for Justice Now and Making Waves, the public affairs programs she helmed in her final two years at the WAVE.
