When fires of this magnitude level entire communities
it's hard to know where to begin to help, but two companies
got right to work to combine their talents and resources
resulting in LA Can Do (lacando.org). I talked with
designer Adam Hunter who created this non profit
and designer, founder and CEO of Vesta Home (vestahome.com), Julian Buckner.
Basically they are helping people displaced by the
fires by providing them with essential furnishings so that they
can recover with comfort, warmth and dignity.
They discuss how they put their heads together to meet the immediate
needs of their clients as well as the public when it
comes to what they know best.....your home.
