CUDAHY (CNS) - A man was fatally shot in Cudahy, authorities said Sunday.
The shooting occurred at about 9:10 p.m. Saturday in the 5200 block of Clara Street, a little west of the Long Beach (710) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies dispatched to the location regarding a gunshot victim call located a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was described as a man wearing dark clothing, who was last seen running east from the location.
