The American Outlaws, a supporter group of the US Men's National Team, set up shop at the Meeting Spot in Inglewood.
The restaurant is within walking distance of Sofi Stadium, where the USA will play Paraguay in their first match of the World Cup.
KNX News’ Pete Demetriou spoke to fans inside the Meeting Spot on their thoughts for the upcoming game.
“It's one of the few activities that you run into that has such global connection, and the fact that everyone is rooting for their country, I think really makes it a unique experience that you don't get most of the time,” said a fan named Andrew.
Fans of Team USA are hoping this game sets the stage for the rest of the World Cup.
“It's a great opportunity for the US to prove right away that they're legit this year,” said another fan, “ if they can attack and get ahead and stay ahead, it'll prove a lot to the U.S. fans.”
The U.S. will play Paraguay at Sofi Stadium at 6 p.m.
