TORRANCE (CNS) - A woman was found dead in a residence in Torrance Tuesday, and an investigation was underway.
Officers were sent to the 23700 block of Western Avenue at about 6 a.m. "regarding a female down inside the residence," according to Sgt. Ron Salary of the Torrance Police Department.
"Upon arrival, officers searched the residence and discovered an adult female deceased inside the home," Salary said. "There were no additional victims located inside the residence."
Information was not immediately available on the woman's identity or cause of death.
