WMAS 94 Foot Christmas Tree – Week 2

Contest Rules  

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Massachusetts, LLC d/b/a WMAS (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 1000 Hall Of Fame Ave, Springfield, MA 01105 during regular business hours and on the Station’s website at https://www.audacy.com/947wmas/contest-rules. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.  

Entry/Winning  

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST  

2. Weekdays (excluding holidays) from November 27, 2023 through December 1, 2023, between 5:30am EST and 7:00 pm EST, listen for the “cue to call” to try to “Pick Your Present”. When the “cue to call” is announced, caller number nine (9) to the Station’s contest line at 413-707-9470 will be given the opportunity to select one of 9 presents by selecting a number between 1 and 15. There will be a total of 15 envelopes that will be available in this contest and each will be assigned a number between 1 and 15 prior to the commencement of this contest. If a caller selects a number that was previously selected by another caller in this contest, that caller will not be a winner in this contest. If the caller selects a number that has not been selected by a previous contestant in this contest, that person will win the prize assigned to that number, subject to verification of eligibility. There will be no less than 3 contest plays per contesting day. a. Only calls received at the preceding phone number are eligible to participate in this contest. b. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.  

3. If the Station does not receive at least nine (9) calls when the cue to call is played, that play of the contest will not be repeated.  

4. The Member Advantage: Persons who are members of the Station’s Email Club may receive, from time to time, an email informing them in advance of the time range within which the “cue to call” in this Contest will be played on a particular day and/or numbers that may have been previously selected. However, they will receive no advantage in calling to win. 5. Odds of winning depend upon the order of calls received and the skill of the entrants answering the question correctly.
