Ricky Martin won his case against his nephew who accused him of having a sexual relationship and then stalking him afterward. It turns out his 21-year-old nephew withdrew his claim, and according to TMZ, the judge dismissed the temporary restraining order that he had issued a week ago. As we reported, the nephew claimed he and Ricky had a 7-month sexual affair and after it ended Ricky began stalking and harassing him. Ricky denied the allegations, saying none of that is true, and his legal team said the nephew suffers from mental issues. Ricky added, The singer added, "I wish him the best. I wish he finds the help so he can start a new life filled with love and truth and joy. And he doesn't hurt anybody else."
Will Smith's recent controversy has not affected his career, it seems. Will, who was blasted for slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars, brought in $35 million for one film last year, "Emancipation," according to Variety. Will ranked second on the list of highest-earning actors behind only Tom Cruise, who is expected to earn more than $100 million from the "Top Gun" sequel. The top-earning actress this year is Margot Robbie, who's getting $12.5 million for "Barbie."
Actress Shonka Dukureh, who had a role in the recent "Elvis" movie, has died st the age of 44, TMZ reports. Shonka, who plays Big Mama Thornton in the film, was found dead Thursday morning in a bedroom inside her Nashville apartment by one of her young kids who ran to the neighbor's to get help. Police don't suspect foul play. Shonka was also known for Doja Cat's "Vegas" music video, where she played Big Mama Thornton as well.
After being turned down by a judge for a new trial, Amber Heard has officially applied for her appeal. A spokesperson for Amber told TMZ, "We believe the court made errors that prevented a just and fair verdict consistent with the First Amendment. We are therefore appealing the verdict. While we realize today's filing will ignite the Twitter bonfires, there are steps we need to take to ensure both fairness and justice."

Miles Teller's didn't keep his "Top Gun: Maverick" mustache for very long. According to People, he said, "My wife made me shave it immediately [after filming]." The 'stache has been mimicked by lots on TikTok showing off similar ones, and Miles said, "[I'm a] big fan of it. If it makes them more confident, then more power to them. ... But we'll see, maybe it'll be a good summer trend and then die out."
Frank Fritz from History channel's "American Pickers" is in the hospital after suffering a stroke, TMZ reports. His former show co-star, Mike Wolfe, shared, "Now is the time to pray for my friend. Frank has suffered a stroke and is in the hospital. Please keep him in your hearts and thoughts." He added, "I pray more than anything that you make it through this okay. I love you buddy." Frank left "American Pickers" because of his health problems. His last appearance was in a March 2020 episode.
"Black Ink" star Ceaser Emanuel has turned himself in over charges related to animal cruelty weeks after a video showing him abusing a dog went viral. Ceasar was fired from "Black Ink Crew" shortly after a video was leaked showing him hitting a dog with a metal chair. According to TMZ, Ceasar said the video doesn't show that he was only trying to break up a fight between his animals.
"Southern Charm" star Shep Rose and girlfriend Taylor Ann Green have split after two years of dating, People reports. According to an insider, "Shep has a real issue with monogamy and refused to commit to Taylor, telling her that he doesn't want to be with just one person and change his lifestyle." Shep even admitted to Andy Cohen at the reunion that he had cheated on Taylor, 'fessing to "some text messages" between him and another woman and throwing in, "It was an old flame, and I kissed a girl in a stairwell, but that's all it was."
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez haven't planned an official honeymoon just yet, but they are celebrating here and there while they wait for their big reception to come. The two stepped out for dinner in Paris.

Tom Bower writes in his new book "Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors" that Meghan Markle believed one of their famous friends was selling them out. According to Tom, "In particular, she suspected Victoria Beckham of indiscretion. Harry called David Beckham to repeat the accusation. Outraged, Beckham's truthful denials damaged their relationship. A source said the two agreed to set it aside and move on, "but it certainly made things awkward for a while." Tom's book also claims that in regards to the she said/she said over who made who cry over the flower girls wearing tights at Meghan's wedding, the hemline on Princess Charlotte's dress, comparing her to Meghan's best friend's daughter, etc., it was Meghan who made Kate Middleton cry, not the other way around as Meghan had been claiming, according to OK.
Ryan Reynolds sent a video to a 13-year-old who underwent open heart surgery. The boy's father wrote on Twitter, "So here's a challenge Twitter-Sphere… How do we get a @MarvelStudios Superhero to send a message to our Heart Hero Seb. Recovering from open heart surgery and just so damn brave! Long shot I acknowledge, but I think he deserves it! Who's up for the challenge? #HeartHeroSeb." Ryan accepted the challenge, telling Seb, "Come in Green Lantern. I know you're going through it, pal, and you have a ton of amazing people that care about you. I want to send my well wishes and send you all my love. You're doing amazing, and I am super proud of you." Seb's dad shared, "The very awesome @VancityReynolds has made our Heart Hero's day! Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird was left shocked after she found out her mother, Mama June, was willing to give Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, up for adoption rather than keep paying Lauryn child support to keep taking care of her younger sister, OK reports. Lauryn, who has full custody of Alana, was at a meeting with her attorney and Mama June on the Friday, July 22, episode of "Mama June: Road to Redemption," when Mama June admitted she thought she was there to give her younger daughter up for adoption. After some confusion, the attorney clarified, "If you signed over your rights that would mean that Pumpkin would be adopting her," the attorney stated, to which Mama June replied, "Right, that's what I thought this was." Lauryn was shocked and blaster her mother, saying, "You blow all this money on these men and you refuse to give me money for your child that I've been taking care of for four years now. Can you say piece of s**"?"
