Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have officially ended their engagement after four years together and a 2-year engagement. In a joint statement to "TODAY," they announced, "We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another's children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support." Back in March the two split but quickly assured the world they had gotten back together. As for who initiated the end of their engagement, my money's on JLo. There's been nothing from her since their joint announcement, but A-Rod, well, in a since-expired Instagram Story, he played Coldplay's "Fix You" as he panned over to a table full of framed photos of JLo and their families, even a large photo of their names written in the sand inside a heart. Oh, and he included a blue heart with her name on it. See it all at radaronline.com. In the meantime, JLo reportedly has yet to return the $1.8 million engagement ring he gave her.

While Mr. Big won't be part of the "Sex and The City" reboot, it looks like Aiden will. John Corbett confirmed that he would be in it. When asked how many of the 10 episodes he'd be in, he said, "I think I might be in quite a few." At this point, there's no premiere date for the HBO Max show. In other "SATC" news, Candace Bushnell – the real-life Carrie Bradshaw – is launching her one-woman show, "Is There Still Sex in the City?" at Bucks County Playhouse in Pennsylvania on June 22nd. She says that the show will touch on feminism, romance, money, careers, sex, and her real-life Mr. Big. The original "Sex and The City" is based off of Candace Bushnell's column in the New York Observer.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian haven't finalized their divorce, but he's already thinking about his next relationship. While Kim's plan is to remake her image as a devoted mother and eventually enter politics, Kanye wants his next woman to be an artist or a creative. That way, they'll be able to speak the same language to each other. Of course, she'll have a lot to live up to because he once told GQ, "I am unquestionably, undoubtedly, the greatest human artist of all time. It's not even a question at this point. It's just a fact."

"John Wick 2" actress Ruby Rose was floored like anyone would be meeting "Shawshank Redemption" star Morgan Freeman, but she regrets asking him to record her cell phone voicemail message after learning he hates being asked to do just that. On Kelly Clarkson's show, Ruby said when worked alongside Morgan for new crime thriller "Vanquish,", she thought she'd ask him to record her phone greeting message. She explained, "You know, you walk on set and you hear, 'Ruby?' I'm like, 'God?' God just said my name. Where is he? And then he ended up doing my voice mail." She thought it was so awesome that she stopped answering her phone just so her friends could hear the message. Ruby added, "It was really amazing, until my friend sent me this link that Morgan Freeman hates doing people's voicemails. And I was like, 'Cool, thanks for sending that.' Now, forever, I'm going to be wondering if he hated doing that." As AceShowbiz reports, in a 2017 interview with Seth Meyers, Morgan Freeman did say he was tired of people asking him to record their voicemail messages, noting, "It gets exhausting. I can't tell you how many times I've said 'this is so and so, not willing to come to the phone right now.'"
As rumors of Prince Harry and Prince William's strained relationship continue to build, Buckingham Palace released details about their involvement in Prince Philip's funeral. Both will be walking behind their grandfather's coffin in the funeral procession, they will not be side-by-side like they have in the past. Instead, their cousin, Peter Phillips, will stand between them. Considering the two haven't spoken since Harry and Meghan's interview with Oprah, this is probably best. A palace spokesperson said, "This is a funeral, and the arrangements have been agreed, and they represent Her Majesty's wishes." Additionally, the royal family will wear civilian clothes to the funeral. Prince Harry had been stripped of his honorary military titles when he and Markle stepped down, and since he is not allowed by protocol to wear his military uniform as a veteran, he would not be able to salute his grandfather. This new change would prevent any awkwardness at the funeral.

Interesting though, it was hard to tell which were real police officers and which were actors.

Many expectant moms wish their baby daddies could understand what their bodies go through during pregnancy, but Jason Derulo's girlfriend made Jason try. Fans loved it so much they now want her to film a second video with a watermelon taped to his stomach instead of a basketball.
Because of Covid protocols for funerals and public gatherings in the UK, there can only be 30 people at Prince Philip's funeral. According to People, Philip's four children and eight grandchildren will be there, but none of the great-grandchildren will attend. Prince William's wife Kate Middleton, Zara Tindall's husband Mike Tindall, Princess Eugenie's husband Jack Brooksbank and Princess Beatrice's husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi will be there as well. Three of Philip's German Mountbatten relatives will attend. But the most interesting person on the list is Penelope Knatchbull, Countess Mountbatten of Burma, who has been referred to has his "companion" and "dear friend," because, as AP points out, it's inappropriate to use the word "mistress."
Brad Pitt was photographed getting rolled out of a Beverly Hills medical center in a wheelchair earlier this week. It turns out, though, he had just gotten his wisdom teeth removed. Just in time, too, since his next public appearance will be at the Academy Awards on Sunday. By the way, Brad has joined Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum in the upcoming adventure rom-com "Lost City of D." He'll make a cameo along with Daniel Radcliffe and other stars.

Members of the Gucci family have made it clear they do not support the movie "House of Gucci." Adam Driver plays Gucci founder Guccio Gucci's grandson, Maurizio, alongside Lady Gaga as his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani, who was the mastermind behind Maurizio's 1995 murder. In a statement, one of Maurizio's second cousins, Patrizia Gucci, spoke out "on behalf of the family" and said they are "truly disappointed" by the movie mostly because of several inaccuracies with the movie's source material, Sara Gay Forden's book "The House of Gucci." But, they're also not happy with the cast, not only Adam and Lady Gaga, but according to Patrizia, the family isn't fond of Al Pacino as Aldo Gucci and Jared Leto as Paolo Gucci, calling their portrayals "horrible, horrible" and "offensive," according to Page Six. Don't blame the actors – they're just doing it for the paycheck.
