She said, "The filming of the show is my primary career and is part of and supportive of my primary income source, for which I use said income to care for my children. In court documents, David said he doesn't want his girls to film, and while he did give permission in the past, he feels things are different now that he has a new family. He stated, "My current wife also has two other children of her own that do not need to have their mother exposed to possible disparaging comments made about our family on national television." Johnny Depp scored another win in his lawsuit against Amber Heard, though I'm not really sure who's considered ahead at this point. A judge granted 23 of Johnny's 24 requests relevant to finding out if Amber actually donated any part of the $7 million from their divorce settlement to the America Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Children's Hospital Los Angeles. At the time Amber was testifying against Johnny, she claimed that all the money she won in the case would be donated and that she didn't want a penny of it for herself. Johnny's team has been trying to prove all along that she was scamming the court. Amber's attorneys had maintained that hasn't been able to donate the full amount because she has had to continue her legal battle against Johnny. In the meantime, Producer Peter Safran confirmed that Amber Heard will still appear alongside Jason Momoa in the "Aquaman" sequel despite over 1.8 million signatures on a petition calling for her removal from the film.

Do you remember the story I told you about the woman who was cleaning Chris Brown's house when she was attacked by his dog? At the time, he had the dog removed from the property before police arrived and when police questioned him, he was not forthcoming with all the information regarding the attack. Now, it seems he still being evasive. The now ex-housekeeper suing Chris Brown is asking the court for permission to serve Chris via public notice instead of personally handing him the documents since he can't be found. She says she hired a professional process server who tried five different times to serve him. Once, the guard said he wasn't home, the next time, no one answered at the gate, and three other times the police tried but were also unsuccessful and couldn't get anyone to answer the door, according to Radar. What they need to do is piggyback on his next Domino's order.
