Some celebrities don't feel like they need to follow the rules of the common people. And that's why some of them are getting busted for not abiding by drought restrictions in California. Among those who were recently sent "notices of exceedance" for their excessive water usage were Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Sylvester Stallone, Kevin Hart, and former NBA star Dwayne Wade. The notices go out when a customer used 150% or more of their monthly water budgets at least four different times. What comes next for these stars as violators? The district can now install devices on their property that can decrease water pressure in showers, halt sprinklers and other means of forcibly decreasing water usage, according to US Magazine.

Harry Styles is on top of the world right now as far as being loved by the fans, but the family of Michael Jackson is taking issue with a recent article in Rolling Stone UK that dubbed him the new "King of Pop." MJ's nephew, Taj Jackson, said in response, "There is no new King of Pop. You don't own the title @RollingStone, and you didn't earn it, my uncle did. Decades of dedication and sacrifice. The title has been retired."  He added, "No disrespect to @Harry_Styles, he's mega talented. Give him his own unique title." Fans seem to agree saying things like "Rolling Stone (uk) calling harry styles the king of pop is a very bold move considering the most notable person to hold the king of pop title is michael Jackson," and, "how do you put michael jackson and harry styles on the same level with a straight face?"

Jenelle Evans is leaving "Teen Mom." Her manager said she and MTV "couldn't come to an agreement on a contract. TMZ says MTV wanted to sign Jenelle to an exclusive deal, but her manager says it would have restricted her from other career opportunities. Jenelle supposedly "has a new dynamic series in development, keeping the concept under wraps for now." Her manager says the show is going to be picked up by a major network.

Ye has filed for a new trademark in relation to his clothing line, which appears to be for a logo. There's not much to the design – it's a solid blue circle encased by another blue circle with jagged edges, like an official paperwork seal or a ribbon award. So, if he gets the approval, does this mean no one can come in first place anymore?

Queen Elizabeth has been eating the same sandwich pretty much every day since she was five years old. Darren McGrady, who was the personal chef to the Queen, said in a YouTube video, "The Queen was served jam pennies in the nursery as a little girl, she's had them for afternoon tea ever since." What are jam pennies? Chef Darren explained, "Simple – just bread and jam with a little butter, usually strawberry jam."

Did Leah Remini miss her friend's wedding because she had to bring her daughter to college or was there another reason behind it?  Leah skipped out on Jennifer Lopez' wedding, and some sources say it's because they've hit a rough patch, which has everything to do with Ben Affleck, according to Radar. A source said, "Leah isn't a fan of Ben's. They don't get along, and when you go up against someone's partner, you always lose." The source added that Leah was there for Jen when she and Ben initially split, she knows all the "ugly details," and she is worried it will happen again.

The 37-year-old man who randomly punched "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" actor Rick Moranis has been sentenced. Marquis Ventura was sentenced to two years in prison for attacking Rick on a street in October of 2020 and three years probation.

There's a new song, "Bad Decisions," from Benny Blanco, Snoop Dogg, and BTS, and MrBeast actually played a small part in it. He posted a TikTok where he shared that his dream is to release a number 1 hit but he has "no musical talent." So, he called up Benny Blanco who told MrBeast to play one single note and he would add that to the song, giving MrBeast his name is in the song credits. At the end of his TikTok, MrBeast said "Mom I made it." Of course, I checked on the YouTube video, and I don't see any credit there – MrBeast or his real name, Jimmy Donaldson – but I'm sure it's somewhere (buried).

Jennifer Lopez is sharing more details and pics from her and Ben Affleck's wedding celebration, specifically about her wedding dresses.  First off, the couple exchanged vows during a 45-minute ceremony in front of 135 friends and family members, which was so moving, Kevin Smith said he cried during the ceremony and called it "one of the most beautiful events I've ever been present for in my life." All the guests all wore white, but JLo's custom Ralph Lauren wedding dresses stole the show. All were similar in style with a completely open back. The other two dresses were equally as beautiful and equally as expensive – each was valued at $1 million each.

Meghan Markle's new podcast "Archetypes" released its first episode on Tuesday, featuring a conversation with Meghan's longtime friend, tennis star Serena Williams. During the episode, Meghan revealed that during her visit to Africa with Prince Harry in 2019, a fire broke out in the nursery where their son, Archie, was staying. She said the nanny was "supposed to put Archie down for his nap," but took him downstairs with her where she made herself a snack. While they were in the kitchen, "the heater in the nursery caught on fire" according to Meghan, who added, "He was supposed to be sleeping in there." She then chastised the Palace for forcing her off on another Royal commitment right after the incident though she was completely shook.

Since she's not returning to "The Voice" this fall, Kelly Clarkson had the whole summer off to spend with her kids, and she and the family spent it in Montana, where they got a lot of quality time together. Kelly told "Today," "It's obviously been a rough couple years so it was really important to me to, like, shut down for a minute." She was, of course, referring to the past couple of years dealing with her divorce from Brandon Blackstock. But she definitely got some good down-time in Montana, saying, "I literally four-wheeled in the mountains, and I have a lot of water on my property so my sister, my nephew and I, and a couple friends just spent the whole summer in the mountains, just hanging out in nature." She said that being in Montana also made it easier for her and Brandon to co-parent, since they are usually in different states. She said, "The kids were with me and with their dad. It was nice because they usually have to travel a lot because of our separation so we were both in Montana so, it was the first time I think my kids felt more centered as well."

"Bridgerton" star Rege-Jean Page was asked about his strongest scent memory in an interview, and what his said seems so romantic. He explained, "One of my favorite smells is after it rains. The rain smells different depending where you are, right? UK rain smells entirely different to rain in California, which smells different to rain in New York. Rain brings out a bunch of smells in New York. But again, that's it - it's a thing that releases other smells, like rain on earth evaporating in the sun is a really profound smell. Even the UK is different: rain on people and their clothes on the tube in London, or wherever one's escaping the rain, and kind of really warming up is a very evocative smell." Don't you just absolutely love the rain now? I can't wait to get drenched next time!
