Taylor Swift is officially "TIME'S Person of the Year for 2023," which means she had a sit-down with the magazine to talk about everything from her fake feud with Beyonce to her boyfriend Travis Kelce. Taylor actually admitted that her relationship with Travis "all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast." She said she was grateful they were able to keep their relationship a secret for so long and by the time she went to a Chief's game, "we were a couple." When it comes to being pitted against Beyonce for tours, concert films, and ticket sales, Taylor says the media loves to "pit two women against each other, even when those two artists in question refuse to participate in that discussion."
Taylor also told a sweet story about Kenny Chesney. When Taylor was seventeen, she was hired to open for Kenny on his upcoming tour, something Taylor said would "change her career." Unfortunately, she ended up getting dropped from the tour because it was sponsored by a beer company, and Taylor was underaged. She was crushed. Fast-forward to her 18th birthday when she was sent an apology card from Kenny, along with a check that Taylor says at the time "was more money than I'd ever seen in my life"
"Beverly Hills 90210" star Shannen Doherty opened up about her divorce from husband Kurt Iswarienko earlier this year after their 11 years of marriage. In her new podcast, "Let's Be Clear with Shannen Doherty," she said that she found out about her now-ex's affair as she was about to go into brain surgery. She explained, "I went into that surgery early in the morning, and I went in after I found out that my marriage was essentially over, that my husband had been carrying on an affair for two years." Shannen, who has been battling multiple forms of cancer since 2015, added that at that point, she wouldn't let him to escort her into surgery, insisting "I couldn't go into that surgery with him there. I felt so betrayed."
