Jennifer Lawrence was on with Stephen Colbert talking about her new movie, "Don't Look Up," with Leonardo DiCaprio, and she talked about how she broke off one of her veneers during filming and she couldn't get it replaced until the filming was done. She said, "I lost a tooth pretty early in the filming. And I couldn't go to the dentist until the end of the movie, so I had to film most of the movie toothless." Of course, it's not the first time Jennifer was hurt on the set of this film - production had to be shut down one day after she hurt her eye during filming, and there were other injuries too.
Is she even insurable at this point?
Nick Cannon is mourning the loss of his seventh child, Zen, who has died at just 5 months old. He made the announcement during Tuesday's taping of "The Nick Cannon Show," revealing that in August, they found out that he has a malignant tumor. Nick said Zen has surgery, and they were "hoping for the best" but around Thanksgiving "the tumor began to grow a lot faster." Nick shared that over the weekend he took Zen to the ocean in California where he held him for the last time.
"Pitch Perfect" star Rebel Wilson told "BBC Breakfast" she decided to lose weight for her health, but she got pushback from her own management. They asked her why she would want to lose weight when she was "earning millions of dollars being the funny fat girl and being that person." But Rebel said even though she was always comfortable with her weight, she did use food to deal with her emotions as she struggled to establish herself as an actress. She said, "I knew deep down inside that some of the emotional eating behaviors I was doing was not healthy." Perhaps civilization will eventually advance to the point where a woman's worth isn't based on her looks and her weight.

Wondering how the upcoming "Sex and the City" revival will handle Samantha's absence? Kristin Davis is assuring fans that they would "never disrespect" Kim Cattrall's character. Despite the years-long feud between Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, Kirstin told "Today," "We love Samantha. Samantha isn't ever not going to be a part in some way. There is respect for Samantha, it's part of the story. We would never disrespect Samantha." Notice how she only mentioned Samantha, not Kim.
Jamie Spears says he wants to be done with Britney's conservatorship and put it in the past, but he claims her team is dragging it out and ruining his reputation in the process, according to TMZ. He says Britney and her team have been making "statements with no other purpose than to attack Jamie" when he's been very cooperative in handing over documents they asked for from the 13 years Britney was in the conservatorship. He says he's already handed over 58 boxes of docs -- totaling around 478,000 pages.
Tristan Thompson has filed for an emergency gag order in his latest paternity case. As we told you, Maralee Nichols says that Khloé Kardashian's baby daddy is the father of her baby boy. Tristan wants a court order to keep Maralee from speaking on the case while it plays out. He's also accusing her of trying "to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit." I think she's trying to achieve money, and lots of it, if I had to guess.

It was a big night at the People's Choice Awards for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who won for Comedy Movie Star of 2021 and Male Movie Star of 2021. But he really proved he deserved to be honored with the People's Champion award when he called up a Make-a-Wish kid and gave her his award. He told her, "You represent everything that it means to be a people's champion," and he reminded the crowd of one of his favorite sayings, "It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice."
I told you that former "America's Got Talent" contestant Jay Jay Phillips passed away, and now we've gotten the news that another former contestant, Skilyr Hicks, has died at the age of 23, according to TMZ. The defense for former "Empire" star Jussie Smollett is resting its case. Jussie had taken the stand in court in Chicago, alleging he was attacked by two suspects who made homophobic and racist comments, admitting he had a sexual encounter with one of them but denying he paid them to attack him, despite a video showing Jussie and the two suspects doing a run-through of the attack. Closing statements in the trial are set to take place today, according to The Hill, and Jussie faces up to three years in prison if convicted. In the meantime, newscaster Don Lemon is being slammed for allegedly helping Jussie, according to the New York Post. He's the one who allegedly tipped Jussie off about the cops were investigating him over the alleged hate crime. Now Don's situation is being compared to Chris Cuomo, who was fired by CNN for allegedly helping his brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. So far, CNN hasn't responded.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen don't give each other gifts for Christmas because, as John explained to "Today," "Christmas is all about the kids. We don't like to do much for each other because we have birthdays, we have Valentine's Day, we have our anniversary." Instead of giving each other gifts, they donate to different organizations during the holidays. John said, "We figure we'll focus on everybody else and then for other occasions we'll focus on each other." You know he's probably still getting her a little trinket, like a $25,000 diamond necklace and bracelet set, you know, just a little somethin'….
