Usher got married to his girlfriend, Jennifer Goicoechea, in Las Vegas this weekend. They got a marriage license three days before the ceremony. After Usher's big game performance, he and Jennifer were seen in Vegas with Usher wearing a gold band on his ring finger. Usher did hint to People that marriage was the logical next step for them, given their commitment to life together and their children. The couple welcomed their first child, Sovereign Bo, in 2020, and their second child, Sire Castrello, in 2021.
Usher's halftime show was so popular that two generations are trying to lay claim to him - Millennials and Gen Xers. Both are claiming that the halftime show was tailored for "their" specific generation, according to the Huffington Post. Here's some of what they're tweeting;

On his "Six Degrees with Kevin Bacon" podcast, Kevin answered a fan's question as to if he would consider doing "Footloose 2." To be clear, not a remake (which Kevin notes has been done), but a follow-up with the original characters. Kevin said, "Never say never, [but] I think it would be a disaster." He also noted, "I was in the very first 'Friday the 13th'...then they remake 'Footloose,' then they remake 'Flatliners'...then I decided that they're just remaking all the movies that I was in that begin with 'F'...If I do another movie that starts with 'F,' I'll probably remake it."
Ellen Pompeo was supposed to have left "Grey's Anatomy," and while producers have always said Dr. Meredith Grey will return occasionally, it seems like she will be back more than expected. Sources say Ellen Pompeo will return for at least four episodes of the shortened 10-episode 20th season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The season was shortened because of the writers strike.
