Even though Kylie Jenner's new son, Wolf, is Kris Jenner's eleventh grandchild, she's already thinking about who will give her grandbaby number 12. She told Ellen DeGeneres, "I think it would be nice if it was Kendall [Jenner]. She's the only one who hasn't had a baby." Kendall Jenner's tequila brand "818" is being sued by competitor "Tequila 512" for ripping off the brand's "area code for the name" premise and for presenting with a color scheme too similar to theirs. "512" also zeros in on Kim Kardashian in the lawsuit, claiming something shady happened when Kim's app, "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood," was promoting Kendall's "818," and the "512" bottle was front-and-center. The lawsuit states, "Either Defendant intentionally used Plaintiff's bottle, hoping to further blur the lines between the two products, or Defendant was itself confused about the difference between the two brands." Good argument. "512" wants a judge to halt the production and sales of Kendall's brand and they also want the profits the company made from her tequila, according to TMZ.
Supermodel Linda Evangelista, who claims she was left "permanently deformed" by CoolSculpting she had done five years ago, has shared the damage that was done in People. In the photos, Linda has what looks like an enormous lump on her armpit/back area and also a pretty decent-sized one on her inner thigh. She also claims she had one on her chin, but she has had some surgery in an attempt to correct the damage, and it looks like the chin may have been a success. Linda is suing CoolSculpting's parent company, Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc., for $50 million in damages because the damage has left her unable to work in her profession. She explained, "I loved being up on the catwalk. Now I dread running into someone I know. I can't live like this anymore, in hiding and shame. I just couldn't live in this pain any longer. I'm willing to finally speak."

It was at that point Jason went over, put the guy in a bear hug from behind and carried him out the door. If the whole acting thing doesn't work out, Jason can always fall back on being a bouncer.
