Mark Wahlberg is being sued by the property owners of his Los Angeles Wahlburgers location for allegedly tearing up the inside of the restaurant after their lease ended, according to radaronline.com. The property owners said Mark and his crew removed all the booths, which were attached to the floor, sinks that were attached to the walls, the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, and most of the lighting fixtures. They're saying it's a violation of their lease agreement because they left the restaurant "un-tenantable." They also said the Wahlburgs are refusing to sell them their liquor license unless they "paid exorbitant sums of money" for it. No word from Mark or his family. They are reportedly suing for $350,000 in damages.

Betty White, the last surviving member of "The Golden Girls" cast, died in her sleep on New Year's Eve day, just shy of her 100th birthday. "Saturday Night Live" aired Betty White's Emmy winning episode, which hosted in 2010, over the weekend. Meanwhile, tributes are pouring in for a woman who truly made the world a better place. Don Cheadle, who worked with Betty on "The Golden Palace," said, "betty was the best of the best. when we were shooting scenes together it was difficult for the DP to get the lighting right between my chocolate and betty's white! she was either a ghost or i was the shadow. i came on set one day and betty had darkened her make up/hair a bit in an attempt to accommodate for it. nobody asked her to do it. and that's just one small example of her overflowing generosity." Comedienne Paula Poundstone summed it up well when she said, "You know what's really great? We told Betty White that we loved her while she was still alive."

Is Steve Harvey's daughter, Lori Harvey, expecting? The 24-year-old Miss Universe judge had fans excited at the prospect when she posted a selfie of her and her boyfriend, "Black Panther" star Michael B. Jordan, on New Year's Eve, captioning it "Babydaddy." Considering the two have been notoriously private about their relationship in general, she probably means "future babydaddy." Considering her dad likes "wants to hang out with them all the time, which is starting to get awkward," there's really no "alone time" to get that going.
