Tristan Thompson confirmed some big news on his IG Stories yesterday writing, "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son." After apologizing to everyone he hurt and disappointed, Tristan issued a special apology to Khloé Kardashian. For the record, they were still together when he and Maralee hooked up. While he claims to have "the utmost respect and love" for her, he admitted that his actions haven't lined up with his declarations. He wrote, "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years." Maralee's son joins Khloé's three-year-old daughter, True, and five-year-old Prince, Tristan's son with Jordan Craig. I guess three baby mamas is the charm.
There was a photo mistake in HBO Max's "Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts" that producers didn't catch, but of course HP die-hard fans did. The pic was shown during the first few minutes of the show. While Emma Watson was talking about how the Harry Potter book series really impacted her childhood, a picture of a little girl in Minnie Mouse ears popped onto the screen, but it turns out, that was a picture of a young Emma Roberts. After it blew up on Twitter, producers fixed it and by Monday morning, the mistake had been fixed in the special. In a statement, a rep said, "Well spotted Harry Potter fans! You brought an editing mistake of a mislabeled photograph to our attention. New version is up now."
Andy Cohen went on a rant on NYE about NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. He called him a "horrible mayor" and said that he had the "crappiest term as a mayor." His NYE co-host Anderson Cooper tried to stop the rant but couldn't. The next morning, Andy shared that he was "a bit overserved" the night before. In light of that incident, a source shared that Andy Cohen won't be invited back next year as a host. We'll just have to wait 360 days to find out if that's true.
Keanu was reportedly paid $10-million upfront for "The Matrix: Resurrections" and then another $35-million when it became a blockbuster, and what did he do with all that money? Keanu donated 70% of it - which is about $31.5-million - to leukemia research. The cause is very close to Keanu's heart. His younger sister Kim was battling leukemia for eight years at the time. She was first diagnosed in 1991, and was in and out of treatment for 10 years, finally starting remission in 2001. Since then, he's still given money to the research and even started his own cancer fund for children's hospitals and cancer research, of which he told Ladies Home Journal in 2009, "I don't like to attach my name to it, I just let the foundation do what it does." And of course, back in 2020, Keanu auctioned off a 15-minute Zoom date, with the money donated to Camp Rainbow Gold, a summer program for kids with cancer in Idaho, according to the New York Post.

Kim Kardashian posted pics on December 31, of Chicago West and cousin True Thompson having loads of fun at Disneyland. But, TikTok user @maiachondrialmembrane took a closer look at the pics and noticed that True looks like she was "obviously Photoshopped" on top of who should've been Stormi Webster. Maia claimed that the original photos were from October, and Instagram user @ky.storm.lovely dug them up, confirming that it was Chicago and Stormi together at Disneyland, not Chicago and True. She then went on to say in her video that she "would genuinely like to know why this family is so f**king weird." None of the KarJenners have commented about the photoshop, but many commentators seem to think that the post was meant to distract others from Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's return to social media following the Astroworld Tragedy. Others think the opposite, that the photoshop was meant to stop negative comments about Stormi's parents.
Will we ever really know the reason though?
Hilary Duff is getting scolded by the internet for letting her 3-year-old daughter, Banks, ride in the backseat of a car without a car seat. The toddler was sitting in the back with Hilary's "Younger" co-star, Molly Bernard, and they were doing a little video while the car was moving. See the video at tmz.com. It looks like the seatbelt was across her lap since you could see the top part of it tucked behind her in a strapped position, but just a lapbelt for baby is a big no-no, and people are going after Hilary hard for it.
As we see a COVID surge around Western Mass, the same goes for Hollywood. Jessie J, Jimmy Fallon, and Whoopi Goldberg are just a handful of celebs currently down with the virus, and Whoopi's co-star on "The View," Sunny Hostin, confirmed she had it over vacation.

Betty White's agent confirmed that she died from natural causes and not from the COVID booster vaccine, as rumors on the internet would have you believe. Jeff Witjas noted, "People are saying her death was related to getting a booster shot three days earlier, but that is not true. She died of natural causes," adding, "Her death should not be politicized — that is not the life she lived." Meanwhile, there's another report, according to Page Six, that Betty called out the name of her late husband moments before she passed away on New Year's Eve. She was married to Allen Ludden from 1963 until his death in 1981 from stomach cancer at the age of 63. Her former "Mama's Family" co-star, Vicki Lawrence, said –Betty's "I texted Carol [Burnett] and said, 'This just sucks. I hate this. It's just horrible to see the people you love so much go away,'" she said. "Carol wrote back and said, 'I know, I know. I spoke to Betty's assistant, who was with her when she passed, and she said the very last word out of her mouth was 'Allen.'"

We told you that George Lopez got sick during his New Year's Eve set at Washington's Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Now his rep has issued a statement confirming that he was recovering from the flu, but he wasn't taken away in an ambulance after abruptly ending his comedy show.
The final season of "Black-ish" kicks off tonight with special guest star Former First Lady Michelle Obama. As the show wraps up with its eighth season, imagine how different it would be if Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross didn't star as the married couple. People do love their on-screen chemistry, but it almost didn't happen since Tracee held a grudge against Anthony years before they started working on the show together. It all stemmed from a crude joke Anthony made at Tracee's expense at an awards show. Anthony admitted, "She really didn't start liking me until we were midway through the first season of 'Black-ish,' and so we laugh about it now." Revenge is sweet but residuals are better.
