It's official: Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are having a second child. It's a surrogate pregnancy, and the child was conceived November, before the world found out in December that he made a baby the old fashioned way with someone else. There is no indication the two have reunited as a couple, but they do co-parent their daughter, True, and attend family functions together for her sake, according to TMZ.


In more baby news…

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have revealed that they're having a boy. Heidi told Us Weekly, "I did the earliest test to find out" and says she was so shocked since she was convinced she was having a girl. She and Spencer already have a son, Gunner Stone.

"Flip or Flop" host Tarek El Moussa and his wife "Selling Sunset" star Heather Rae are expecting! The announced on Instagram, "Surprise! Baby El Moussa coming early 2023!!" after undergoing IVF treatments earlier in the year. The child will be the third for Tarek and the first for Heather.

"19 Kids & Counting" star Jill and husband Derick Dillard welcomed a baby boy, who they named Frederick Michael. This is their third child.

Actress Kate Mara and actor Jamie Bell have another baby on the way, their second.

A judge has ordered Britney Spears' dad Jamie to sit down for a deposition with regard to his role as her conservator.  He also has to produce all documents with regards to any electronic surveillance of Britney. Jamie had been trying to evade the deposition, but Judge Brenda Penny ruled he was served properly and failed to show up for it. He now must schedule it by August 12th.

After losing her defamation suit against ex-husband Johnny Depp, Amber Heard's legal team filed documents with the court claiming juror fraud after finding out that one of the jurors got himself fraudulently empaneled by sitting in for his father, who lived with him and had the exact same name. Her team also claimed the $10 million awarded to Johnny was excessive. The judge has ruled against her in both cases, claiming the only reason juror fraud was alleged was because her side lost and that they knew of the juror issue all along but held onto that information in case they lost, according to TMZ. Amber's team can still appeal.

Since she called out Noah Schnapp for sharing private messages, Doja Cat has lost over 200,000 Instagram followers. But while in less than a week, as Doja's fell from 24.34 million to 24.14 but Noah's grew from 24.25 million to 25.17 million in that same amount of time, according to NME. I guess most people don't seem to be bothered that he shared the DMs the two had been sending back and forth discussing hooking her up with one of his "Stranger Things" co-stars. Doja was really upset over it, but according to Noah, the two are cool now.

"Top Gun: Maverick" has now earned $601.9 million at the North American box office, which makes it the twelfth movie in history to top $600 million, which ranks it as the twelfth-highest grossing film at the domestic box office. It definitely has a chance to become one of the top ten highest-grossing North American movies, according to Variety. To hit the top ten, it will have to pass the $620 million made by "Star Wars: The Last Jedi." "Top Gun: Maverick" is the highest-grossing movie of Tom's career and currently has a worldwide box office total of $1.19 billion, making it the first movie of the year to top $1 billion worldwide.

As we told you, Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry welcomed their second daughter back in May, and now a new report claims to know her name. According to The Sun, the couple has named their little girl Jupiter. So far the couple has not confirmed the name. They are also parents to daughter Lyra, who is almost two.

A contestant from the reality TV show "Love is Blind" is suing Netflix and show producers over alleged "inhumane working conditions." Jeremy Hartwell alleges show producers constantly gave the cast alcohol and deprived them of food and water, all while paying them less than minimum wage. "Love Is Blind" follows contestants as they meet their dates through speakers without being able to see each other.

Daniel Kaluuya will not be reprising his role as "W'Kabi", best-friend and confidant to Chadwick Boseman's "T'Challa" in "Black Panther 2." Sources say Daniel was asked to return, but commitments to star in Jordan Peele's upcoming movie "Nope" kept him from being able to commit to BP2. Production on "Wakanda Forever" has already wrapped, with a November 11th release date planned.

Lady Gaga is set to kick off her Chromatica Ball tour Sunday in Dusseldorf, Germany, and she's really upping the security, but not just for her personal security. According to The Sun, Lady Gaga has hired round-the-clock protection for her costumes for the tour, some of which were designed by Donatella Versace. A source said, "The designer clothes, including designs by Versace that Lady Gaga will be wearing, are priceless because they have been made especially for her. There are lots of outfits which are being guarded 24/7 because they are so precious and her team doesn't want them being damaged or seen by anyone." The insider added, "Rehearsals have been intense for weeks and obviously everyone has been forbidden from filming or taking photos to ensure everything is a surprise on opening night. It will be an absolute spectacle." In other Lady Gaga news, LaineyGossip reports that several of her long-time dancers have apparently quit the tour because of how they were being treated by choreographer Richard "Richy" Jackson.

Britney Spears has said that during her conservatorship she wasn't allowed to drive, so maybe it's not surprising she forgot to check her gas levels. Britney's car ran out of gas on a Los Angeles freeway this week. TMZ reports that police were called to the scene of a Mercedes blocking a lane around 10 pm Tuesday. When they got there, they found Brit in the backseat of a passerby's vehicle, and she told police she ran out of gas. CHP then helped move Brit's car to safety and they waited with her until her hubby Sam Asghari picked her up.

"Dirty Dancing" is headed back to theaters to celebrate its 35th anniversary, and it's going to have new meaning after the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe V. Wade. The movie is set in 1963, and features a botched abortion during a time when there was no access to safe abortions guaranteed by law. Eleanor Bergstein, the screenwriter for the movie, said initially, "I got so much pushback and resistance" for putting in themes involving abortion and race relations, and here we are marching in the streets again." The movie will hit theaters is West Springfield, Enfield, and Hadley, August 14 and August 17.

If there's one thing that Chris Hemsworth loves, it's meat, eating it practically "every hour on the hour," according to his "Thor: Love and Thunder" co-star Natalie Portman. But Chris made a big sacrifice for Natalie since she is vegan. Natalie said, "The day we had a kiss scene he didn't eat meat that morning because I'm vegan. And he eats meat like every half hour. That was so thoughtful." I wouldn't care what he ate – it's a kiss from Chris Hemsworth!
