Paris Hilton shocked her fans while appearing at a congressional hearing when she started talking in her usual childish voice but then switched to a deeper voice when discussing the matter at hand. Paris has previously shared that she uses a specific voice because people expect it of her after seeing her on "The Simple Life," but insists she is not a dumb blonde, only playing the role because it was expected of her.
Jamie Foxx shared details about the medical issue he experienced in April last year, which took him months to recover from. In a video making the rounds on social media, Jamie said he had a bad headache and asked his friend for Advil, then snapped his fingers and said, "I was gone for 20 days. I don't remember anything. The next doctor said something's going on up there." He didn't elaborate, but that is the most he's shared so far about what happened to him.
On "CBS Mornings," Flavor Flav announced that he will be sending the U.S. Women's Water Polo team on a cruise and given one-thousand-dollars after the Paris Olympics. Flav already helped the women in a major way by paying for them to get to the Olympics in the first place. He's also working hard to make sure Red Lobster doesn't go out of business.
Popular YouTuber MrBeast recently gave away 100 homes to families in need across the Caribbean and South America. A video about it has gotten over 40 million views on MrBeast's YouTube channel and racked up nearly 4 million likes, but that hasn't stopped people from knocking on him. Last year, he got hate for helping 1,000 people gain their vision, and now some are trolling him on the homes saying he's "displaying his white savior complex while looking like a literal colonizer." His supporters are calling out the haters for basically posting "rage bait." MrBeast also took notice of all the backlash, tweeting, "When we help people (curing 1000 blind people, building 100 houses, 100 wells, etc) people get mad and say I shouldn't be doing this and governments should. Yes, ideally a YouTuber isn't the one fixing these issues but I'm not just gonna stand by and do nothing."
Less than two weeks after his arrest in New York, Justin Timberlake made light of his recent DWI arrest during a concert in Boston. He jokingly asked if anyone in the audience was driving, but then reading the room, he quickly moved on. Maybe he should stick to singing and sobriety and leave the comedy to the other guys.
