While we would like to clarify that Mr. Smith was asked to leave the ceremony and refused, we also recognize we could have handled the situation differently." Meanwhile, Wanda Sykes, who was one of the hosts of the show, weighed in on the situation during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" saying she, like everyone else, was traumatized by the slap and feels like Will owes an apology to the hosts (her, Amy Shumer, and Regina Hall) because they worked so hard to make the show great. She added, "So much pain in @willsmith," before adding, "anyway I'm still in shock and stunned and sad. Im proud of myself and my cohosts. But yeah. Waiting for this sickening feeling to go away from what we all witnessed." The onslaught was quick. As one person wrote, "How did you end up making this about you." David and Victoria Beckham's London home was broken into while they were home, and they didn't even know it. According to Radar, a thief got in by breaking into an upstairs bedroom while they were downstairs. Their son, Cruz, discovered the break-in after noticing that a spare bedroom was a mess, with shattered glass from a broken window on the floor. Though some valuable items were taken, a source said, "Luckily, none had a huge amount of sentimental value to the family." According to police, there's been an increase in break-ins in their neighborhood recently. They do have some footage of the robber climbing over the fence and scaling the house to get to the upper level. You'd think they'd have better security on a $40 million mansion.
