Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are demanding that the photo agency Backgrid, whose freelance paparazzi were aggressively following them through NYC, turn over the footage of the incident. Harry and Meghan's legal team sent a letter to Backgrid, demanding the footage for their own security. Backgrid's lawyer turned them down and added that their photographers had no intention of causing harm and were simply using their cameras. Backgrid is not legally required to comply with the request at the moment, TMZ reports, but that could change.
