"Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev ended up in the hospital after falling off her e-bike. Using the meme "How it started/How It's going," Nina posted a pre-crash pic of her on the bike, and a second photo of her in a hospital bed with a neck brace, a leg splint, and several scrapes. Needless to say, she looked a LOT better in the first photo.
