Here are some highlights from King Charles' coronation this past weekend;
Prince Harry was spotted at the coronation seated next to Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank in the third row. He couldn't be seen from his seat from the front angle because Princess Anne's hat feather was hiding his face. Prince Harry was not on the balcony alongside the rest of the royal family, having bolted right away and not even taking the time to change out of his suit before hitting the airport.
Misan Harriman, a friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, posted a photo of Prince Archie on his fourth birthday, which coincided with King Charles III's coronation, which some saw as a deliberate act. The photo shows Archie touching a picture of his late grandmother, Princess Diana, which some saw as a subtle dig at King Charles.
Katy Perry went viral when she couldn't find her seat at the coronation ceremony. A video shows her turning circles in the aisle at Westminster Abby in search of her seat. She eventually tweeted out to her followers, "don't worry guys I found my seat." Some joked her giant fascinator blocked her view, and that's why she couldn't find it.
First Lady Jill Biden and her granddaughter were seated in the very last row, or as some joked, "by the toilets."
This was the first occasion Princess Charlotte, 8, has worn a tiara. Usually, a royal wears her first tiara on her wedding day, so this was a big break in tradition.
Prince Louis, 5, showed his age when waving to the crowd from the balcony, both hands waving in an out like an animatronic. He also did some goofy waves and faces from the carriage.
Several protesters were reportedly arrested, including Graham Smith, the leader of the Republic, a political organization dedicated to the replacement of the monarchy.
As for the King's self-proclaimed "sausage fingers," they were left uncovered for the ceremony.
The MTV Movie & TV Awards were victim to the writers' strike. The host, Drew Barrymore, withdrew from the live ceremony scheduled for last night, and presenters, like Jamie Lee Curtis, backed out in solidarity with the striking film and TV writers. The WGA also made it known they were planning to picket the show itself, which would have made it very awkward for everyone as they entered the event. Instead, the network aired a pre-taped special would take the live show's place. As for the winners;

Megyn Kelly criticized Chrissy Teigen's outfit at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and John Legend had something to say about it. She tweeted, "I see Chrissy Tiegen's underpants. And her smug elitism." John came back with, "Megyn, you know, she likes attention. She needs it after getting fired from Fox, so she has to do what she can do to get attention." He added that she "pissed all the conservatives off…so now she's trying to figure out a way to win them back…She's desperate." John defended his wife, saying that she's actually "very kind, very loving, very down to earth." He ended by saying, "She can just shut up," TMZ reports.
It's important to have friends who get you, so who could that possibly be for Ed Sheeran? He said in a new interview that his go-to confidante is Taylor Swift. He explained, "I have long, long, long conversations with Taylor about stuff just because I feel like she's one of the only people that actually truly understands where I'm at," adding, "I had an hour-20 conversation with her yesterday." He noted, "that in itself is kind of therapy as well, because you're actually talking to someone that genuinely gets it, that has all the things that you feel and have insecurities about, and how other people treat you or how your family treat you, how your friends treat you. She's basically in the same sphere." Read more at nme.com.
Ed Sheeran celebrated winning his Marvin Gaye copyright trial with an impromptu performance in NYC on Friday. He stopped by the pop-up shop in Soho for his latest album, which was released Friday, and of course, there were hundreds of fans there. Usher and Chris Brown got into a fight Friday night before they performed Saturday at the "Lovers & Friends" music festival.
It happened at a roller rink party where a group was celebrating Chris's 34th birthday. TMZ has video of what lead up to the fight but nothing on the actial fight itself. The fight was over Chris' scrapped AMAs performance last year, where he was supposed to perform a Michael Jackson tribute but cancelled at the last minute. Chris was confronting Teyana Taylor since he blames her for the cancellation, and he told Usher to get rid of her, and it all got nasty from there. Apparently, Usher ended up with a bloody nose.
Some people overshare on social media – count "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt as one of them. He showed off his nasty pinky toenail, calling it his "Met Gala Look." Dr. Brad Schaeffer, who starred in TLC's "My Feet Are Killing Me," told TMZ it looks like Chris has a toenail fungus and he needs to get that checked out ASAP. Chris may be a guardian of the galaxy, but it seems he needs a guardian of his social media.
