Adele recently revealed that she works out two or three times a day, which helped in her 100-pound weight loss, but experts are now warning against following in her footsteps. Adele says she is now "addicted" to working out, but experts say such extreme fitness routines can be bad for your muscles, putting stress on muscles, bones and organs. As for the immune system, experts say the body will produce cortisol to react to the chronic stress, which "can suppress the immune system's ability to ward off disease." Also, exercise releases endorphins, or so-called "happy hormones," which can give you a boost of energy, but too much of that can case mental and emotional burnout.

Like Jamie Lee Curtis, she's not a fan of all the plastic surgery younger people are subjecting themselves to. She said, "Those lips people have done, I think they look ludicrous. I'm sorry. And if people want to go round looking like that I'm going to laugh at it." She said of Sophia Loren that her teeth "look like they have been carved out of ivory." As for the Kardashians, Joan said, "Kris Jenner, their mother, is a good friend of mine, and I don't want to be rude about her children, but there's an awful lot of surgery there, and I've talked to my friends about it, as I'm sure you have, the bottoms, the tiny waists." He called Judy and, "She informed me I was not being asked to come along on the project. I didn't inquire as to why, that's her choice.
