Pete Davidson was on "The Tonight Show" when he told host Jimmy Fallon that he was looking for a date - for his mom. Amy Davidson has always been very supportive of her son, and now Pete wants to return the favor – sort of. He told Jimmy, "She hasn't been with anybody in like 23 years. So, like, yeah! And she's a good catch," plus he's really looking for someone to "get her off of my hands."
Some of the cast of "Hocus Pocus" will be making an appearance in Salem this weekend, according to WWLP. Thora Birch (Dani), Omri Katz (Max), Vinessa Shaw (Allison), and Jason Marsden (Binx), will be at the Bit Bar for a Halloween Costume Bash Friday night, and on Saturday, they'll be on the Salem Common for a meet and greet and autographs.
Suzanne Somers' husband of 46 years, Alan Hamel, wrote a sweet letter to Suzanne in her final hours, giving it to her the night before she died. Suzanne's publicist said she read the poem and went to bed, later dying peacefully in her sleep. In the love note, Alan talked about the many ways he uses the word "love" in his daily life but that none of it comes close to the love he has for her. He wrote, "I'LL TAKE A BULLET FOR YOU DOESN'T DO IT. I WEEP WHEN I THINK ABOUT MY FEELINGS FOR YOU." Alan said they've been together for 55 years, married for 46, and they haven't spent, "EVEN ONE HOUR APART FOR 42 OF THOSE YEARS."
Jada Pinkett Smith said on "Today" that she and will are doing better in terms of fixing their relationship. She said, "It's like we are in a place now that we are in a deep, healing space. And we are really concentrating on healing the relationship between us… We are working very hard at bringing our relationship together, back to a life partnership." With Jada's new book out and the recent interviews she had done, Will Smith wrote her a letter to express his admiration for her. Mary Lou Retton's daughter says she is making "remarkable" progress after having been hospitalized in intensive care battling pneumonia for nearly a week. She added that her mom is relying less on the ventilator and "responding so well to treatments." Mary Lou Retton made history as the first American woman to win all-around gymnastics gold in the 1984 Olympics. Her fans have raised over $400,000 to help with her medical bills.
