Why Nick Jonas bolted off stage

Liam Payne from One Direction has passed away at 31-years-old after falling from a third-floor hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sources say he had apparently been acting erratically in the hotel lobby earlier in the day, reportedly smashing his laptop and having to be carried to his room. The circumstances of the fall were unclear. Liam rose to fame at the age of 16, when he joined the One Direction in 2010, which was formed on the British TV show "The X Factor." He put out his own solo work as well, a debut solo album "LP1" in 2019. The lead single, "Strip That Down," peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified platinum. He was reportedly working on a second album, but it was recently put on pause. He did release the single "Teardrops" from that planned second album, however. Liam had also recently signed on for a new Netflix project. Liam had been in Argentina since at least early October, when he went to the concert of his former One Direction bandmate, Niall Horan, on October 2nd. Liam leaves behind 7-year-old son, Bear, who he shared with singer Cheryl Cole.

Nick Jonas was briefly targeted by a laser pointer during a Jonas Brothers concert in Prague recently. He quickly left the stage and the performance was stopped down as a result for several minutes while security figured out what happened. After the issue was addressed, the band resumed their performance.

Chock says he doesn't care what the other guys think about him taking up all of Joan's time on "The Golden Bachelorette."  The 60-year-old insurance executive from Wichita, Kansas knows Joan "is quite the catch" and doesn't care about worming his way into her heart and stealing time away from the other guys.

Britney Spears gave a shout-out to several female stars she admires in her Instagram Stories, calling them her "girl crushes." She praised Pamela Anderson for being a "classic babe," Natalie Portman for being "the coolest person" she's ever met, and Camila Cabello for making her "giggle out loud." Britney also complimented Kendall Jenner, asking, "Is it even normal to be that pretty?" and mentioned her "literally gorgeous" friends Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore too.

Ariana Grande and Stevie Nicks was the secret sauce "Saturday Night Live" needed. The October 12th episode of "Saturday Night Live" scored its biggest ratings in over three years. Perhaps they should be asked back all the time.
