NBC News has confirmed Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have each hired divorce lawyers. Sources say that despite efforts to get their relationship back on track, it seems the focus now is to figure out the finances and how to split up their multi-million dollar assets. Tom Brady is worth around $250 million. In May, Forbes reported he is now the ninth-highest-paid athlete in the world, with endorsement deals including Under Armour, Sam Adams, Foot Locker and Tag Heuer. But Gisele, through her long modelling career, skin-care line and other business ventures, is said to have a net worth of $400 million. It's believed there's a pre-nup in place.
Right Said Fred's one-hit wonder "I'm Too Sexy" was a huge hit in 1992. The song has been sampled many times, by artists like Taylor Swift, Drake and others - all with Right Said Fred's permission. But Beyonce is being accused of sampling the song for "Alien Superstar" without permission. The song has had more than 71-million streams since July. Right Said Fred's Fred and Richard Fairbrass are not happy about it. They told The Sun, "Normally the artist approaches us. But Beyoncé didn't because she is such an arrogant person she just had probably thought 'come and get me' so we heard about it after the fact... but everyone else, Drake and Taylor Swift, they came to us." So far, there's been no comment from Bey's camp. And it's not the first time Bey was called out for such things on her "Renaissance" album. As you might recall, over the summer, Kelis called Beyonce out for lifting a sample of her 2003 hit, "Milkshake" for use in Beyonce's "Energy." That sample - which Kelis said was snagged without permission - was removed. No word on whether "Alien Superstar"/"I'm Too Sexy" will get the same treatment.
As we told you, earlier this year Shawn Mendes canceled his "Wonder World Tour" to take care of his mental health, and now he's updating fans on how he's doing. At the premiere of his new movie, "Lyle Lyle The Crocodile," He told "Entertainment Tonight," "I think I needed some time just to ground and spend some time with family and friends, and gain some perspective of how beautiful it is what I get to do for a living."
While golfing in LA over the weekend, Justin Bieber was photographed with his pants around his knees. The photos show him laughing while trying to find a place to go to the bathroom, and a friend pointed out a large nearby tree. He evidently really had to go, as he walked over the tree, unbuttoned his shorts, and discretely went – well, maybe not so discretely if Page Six got their hands on pics.

Post Malone got his daughter's initials tattooed on his forehead, you know, just a little something to do backstage after his Indianapolis show Sunday night. Post hasn't revealed her name yet, but we now at least know her initials are "DDP." See the pic at tmz.com.
Speaking of tattoos, Pete Davidson appears to have removed one of his tattoos honoring his now ex, Kim Kardashian. On Monday, Pete was spotted on the set of his upcoming comedy series, Bupkis, with a bandage near his neck, right about where the "My girl is a lawyer" tattoo was. Pete has several tattoos dedicated to Kim, so we might be seeing a lot more bandages on him in the near future. See the pic at okmagazine.com.
"Dancing with the Stars" contestant Selma Blair and dance partner Sasha Farber upped their game after the two danced the rumba on Bond Night… with Blair blindfolded. Though it sounds like it would be harder, apparently, it made things easier for Blair when it came to her MS. She told Extra it helped "cut out a lot of extrasensory noise that really, you know, brings about a lot of kind of MS-like pseudo flare symptoms."
After more than a decade of marriage, "Sister, Sister" star Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict are splitting. She announced on Instagram, "I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. Just when news hit that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have split and hired divorce attorneys, his former teammate, Antonio Brown, went after Tom by posting an old pic of Antonio hugging Gisele after the Super Bowl, which you can see at tmz.com. Antonio and Tom used to be close – he even lived with them at one point – but things ended up going south for some reason, and Antonio took it upon himself to take a jab at Tom during one of the lowest points in his life.
Angelina Jolie has filed a countersuit against Brad Pitt, the latest in the legal battle between the two over Chateau Miraval, the French winery they bought over a decade ago. When Angelina sold her portion, Brad said it violated their agreement. Now, Angelina is getting the kids involved, coming forward with new details about the alleged incident between Brad, Angelina, and their kids during a flight in September 2016, the one where Brad was cleared of the charges by the FBI. Now, according to the countersuit, Angelina claims, "Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face," and "grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her." TMZ reports that Brad has denied all the claims and that multiple law enforcement agencies have investigated the incident and decided not to press charges. What all that has to do with the winery is unclear.
"Black Panther" screenwriter and director Ryan Coogler almost quit filmmaking after Chadwick Boseman passed away, according to Entertainment Weekly. He said, "I was at a point when I was like, 'I'm walking away from this business.' I didn't know if I could make another movie period, [let alone] another Black Panther movie, because it hurt a lot. I was like, 'Man, how could I open myself up to feeling like this again?'" Ryan also shared that after Chadwick's passing, he thought back to all the moments they had together, saying, "I was poring over a lot of our conversations that we had, towards what I realized was the end of his life. I decided that it made more sense to keep going."
David Beckham is a wanted man in that a DB look-alike broke into a building site, according to RadarOnline.com. A guy who not only looks like DB but also dresses like him allegedly broke into a construction site and stole a whole bunch of stuff. While the camera footage of the man has gone viral, no arrests have been made so far. Guessing it won't take too long though. That's the downside of looking exactly like one of the most famous men in England.
