Lucie's Local Guide to the Best of the Big E 🎡
What to Eat, See, and Do at the Big E This Year
Growing up in the area, I make sure to visit the Big E every year to take in all my favorite local attractions and treats. I always love watching the massive Clydesdale horses pull the parade wagon before diving straight into my must-have foods.
I'm definitely a Billy's gal, grabbing their special baked potato every year, but I also make sure to visit the Maine building for fresh lobster rolls and my newest obsession, the blueberry pie. No trip is complete without grabbing crunchy kettle corn from the New Hampshire house, fighting for beaded necklaces at the daily Mardi Gras parade, and picking up a traditional package of fudge from the Rhode Island building.
Ultimately, though, my absolute favorite part of the fair is just walking the grounds at dusk with my friends, enjoying the beautiful sunset as the crowds start to thin out for the perfect end to the day.
