Radio.com insider and former NFL offensive lineman Brian Baldinger was on-hand for Eagles practice on Tuesday. Baldy joined the 94WIP Midday Show afterwards and raved about two Eagles' offensive rookies.

First, Baldy mentioned JJ Arcega-Whiteside in the same breath as Antonio Brown.

"He's an impressive kid," Baldinger told Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie of Arcega-Whiteside. "You just don't see guys that size with short area quickness, I think it even surprises him what he can actually do. So he was impressive (at Tuesday's practice) and he's going to be impressive and they're going to find a role for him on this team, I think this year.

"If you just focus on the feet you would have thought that was Antonio Brown running a route, like that type of short area quickness on a guy who is 225 pound and has long arms and has got a good vertical. You just don't see that. I mean, Alshon (Jeffery) doesn't play like that. I'm not criticizing anybody. You just don't see big receivers that can run stick nodes and double moves and things like that, within the 10 yard area of the goal-line to the back of the endzone."

Baldinger also discussed the power of rookie Eagles running back Miles Sanders. Sanders is just 5'11", but Baldinger says he doesn't run like it.

"Miles Sanders is an impressive guy," he said. "When you have him eight yards deep like he was today and you see the power...it's not a question of size, it's not a question of weight or how big their legs are. Some guys just have pop and Miles Sanders has pop. When he hits the pile it moves and he can push it and that's something you probably didn't see a lot of at Penn State, but I saw it today and that was impressive."
