DeSean Jackson is coming back to Philly.
According to multiple reports the Eagles have made a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for receiver DeSean Jackson. Per NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Eagles have traded a 2019 sixth-round pick and a 2020 seventh-round to land Jackson.
Jackson, 32, spent the last two seasons in Tampa Bay recording a combined 91 catches, 1,442 yards, and seven total scores with the Bucs.
Jackson was originally the 49th overall pick of the Eagles in 2008 and spent his first six seasons becoming a star in midnight green, before eventually being released by Chip Kelly in March of 2014 after a story about Jackson's "gang affiliations."
Jackson was set to make $10 million for the Bucs in 2019 with a full $10 million cap hit, but no dead money if released.
Even at 32 years old, Jackson is still one of the game's most dangerous speed receivers, averaging 18.9 yards per catch in 12 games last season.
