Eagles defensive end Joe Ostman was carted off on Sunday night during Eagles practice following what seemed to be an injury to his leg.
The injury happened during a special teams drill. As soon as Ostman went down head the trainers ran out to the field and the cart quickly followed. The entire team shook Ostman's hand before he was carted into the locker room at Lincoln Financial Field.
Although nothing is known yet, the injury did appear serious, and Ostman was seen grabbing knee.
The injury to Ostman comes just one practice after the Eagles lost linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill to a Grade 3 MCL sprain, an injury that should keep him sidelined into the regular season.
In addition to Ostman, receiver Shelton Gibson also suffered an injust, as trainers had to help him off the field at the end of a one-on-one drill.
