After weeks of rumors, NBA Free Agency begins at 6 p.m. EST on Sunday, the first time the Sixers will either be able to re-sign their own free agents — or watch them walk away to other teams.

The Sixers should be one of the more active teams at the start of free agency, as two of the biggest names — Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris — played for them last season.

Here is all of the latest on Butler, Harris and other big-name free agents:

Malcolm Brogdon: Will the Sixers pull off a trade at the start of free agency?

I'm hearing the Bucks are working on a sign and trade with Malcolm Brogdon. There are plenty of Brogdon suitors, with Philly being one of the biggest.

Update: They will not

Sources: Restricted free agent Malcolm Brogdon has agreed to a deal with Indiana.

Ben Simmons: The Sixers have already lost one of their own free agents, but they are reportedly working on handing an extension to Ben Simmons:

The 76ers have started discussions with agent Rich Paul on a contract extension for All-Star guard Ben Simmons, league sources tell ESPN.

J.J. Redick: Bad news to start free agency for the Sixers:

Free agent guard JJ Redick has agreed to a two-year, $26.5M deal to join the New Orleans Pelicans, league sources tell ESPN.

Redick leaving is a fairly significant blow to the Sixers. It could also be a sign of things to come, as if the Sixers were going to run it back with the core of last season, they likely would have matched the two-year deal.

Jimmy Butler:

2:12 p.m.: Butler to Heat heating up?

Butler reportedly has his mind set on where he wants to play -- and it isn't with the Sixers:

Not that this is a surprise - or means anything - but Jimmy Butler is expected to tell Miami officials tonight that he wishes to play for the Heat, per source.

6/30: Butler getting interest from Lakers, Nets: According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Butler will be meeting with the Sixers and have interest from both the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers

Sources: Jimmy Butler plans to meet with the 76ers soon and has interest from other teams with maximum salary space, including the Lakers and Nets, and sign-and-trade possibilities elsewhere.

6/30:Butler to meet with Heat: According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Butler is expected to meet with the Miami Heat on Sunday in Florida, presumably right at the start of free agency. The Heat don't have the space to sign Butler, but they could acquire him in a sign-and-trade with the Sixers.

Tobias Harris:

5:09 p.m: Harris, Sixers close?

UFA Tobias Harris will meet with the 76ers at the start of the free agent period at 6 p.m., per source. Harris is seeking a max deal.

6/30: Harris to get offer from Mavericks: According to a report from the Dallas News, the Dallas Mavericks are expected to "submit" an offer to Harris on Sunday, but it will be for less than the four-year max. The Mavericks, however, reportedly "fully expect the Sixers to 'back up the truck' and keep Harris with a maximum contract."
