Sixers center Joel Embiid left the team's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first quarter on Wednesday night with a left shoulder injury, and after briefly re-appearing on the bench, was ruled out.
The team announced Embiid suffered a shoulder sprain.
Embiid was clearly in a ton of pain after the collision:

February 27, 2020 Needless to say, Embiid's status heading forward could decide the Sixers' season as they are already without starting point guard Ben Simmons.
