Carson Wentz addressed the media on Monday for the first time since his back injury was discovered on December 9th, 2018 after a loss to the Cowboys.
For the second straight season, Wentz was unable to play in the postseason.
"Super frustrating," Wentz said of not playing in the playoffs. "You want to play postseason football. I still have zero games of postseason football under my belt. I realize I have a lot to prove in that regard, but I'm confident that I will get a chance to do that. Yeah without a doubt, the human side of it thought, is frustrating. You want to be out there with your guys, you want to help the team and to be on the sideline for two straight years, it's tough."
