You may enter from approximately 12:01am (ET) on November 1, 2026 through approximately 11:59pm (ET) on December 6, 2026 by either visiting the Station’s contest page at 94WIP.com/Contests and clicking on this contest’s link, or by using an internet connected device to scan the QR code found on the Sign at the Participating Restaurant Locations, and following the online instructions provided to complete and submit the online entry form with all the required information including providing the correct contest codeword found on the Sign. At approximately 12:00pm (ET) on December 7, 2027, one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all of the entries received as of 11:59pm (ET) on December 6, 2026 to receive the prize in this contest (as described below), subject to verification and compliance with the contest rules will receive; (i) one (1) VISA gift card (Gift card is accepted anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The card is valid for use until the funds have been exhausted or until the card has expired. Expiration is noted on the card. a. Travel must be completed on the dates specified (Departing December 31, 2026 and return on January 4, 2027), or the vacation package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No extensions will be granted. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel must be booked by Prize Provider Phans of Philly LLC at least fourteen (14) days in advance of travel dates. Winner and guest must be at least 21 years old. The airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. No changes to travel details will be permitted once booked except in Sponsor/Prize Provider sole discretion. This travel package is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Elements of the travel package may not be substituted or exchanged for cash equivalent or other prizes. If the winner does not use all elements of the travel package, the unaccepted or unused elements will be forfeited. Expenses not specifically included in the travel package are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor/Prize Provider in its sole discretion. Components of the travel package are subject to change without notice. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

C. The winner has three (3) days from the time of notification to complete winner verification and winner release form. If verification or release form is not complete in the time allotted an alternative winner may be selected.
