Finally, some real live sports entertainment. To quote Allen Iverson, it's "not a game," but it's the NFL Draft.
And the Philadelphia Eagles have the No. 21 overall pick in the first-round plus seven more selections throughout the seven-round 2020 draft, which will be done virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
All eyes will be on Howie Roseman and the front office, and especially the WR prospects.
Here is all of the latest draft news, rumors, and reports surrounding the Eagles.
Wednesday, April 22nd:
Henry Ruggs has heard the most from four teams, including the Eagles
Corey Clement still talking about the possibility of returning to the Eagles
Thursday, April 23rd:
Trent Williams: Conflicting reports about Eagles' potential interest in 31 year old Redskins OT Trent Williams
Kenneth Murray to Eagles? Draft experts Mel Kiper and Daniel Jeremiah both have the Eagles taking LB Kenneth Murray in round one
Andre Dillard to the Jets? Jets reporter tweets about Andre Dillard, speculating a potential trade involving the Jets and Eagles
Marquise Goodwin: The 49ers are actively trying to trade WR Marquise Goodwin
Jets interested in Rasul Douglas? ESPN's Rich Cimini writes: Latest Jets draft buzz: Still think a top OT will be available at 11, Mekhi Becton or Jedrick Wills, Jr. Cleveland (10) will have a lot to say about it. A chance they trade down. If the top four OTs are gone, the Jets would have to make a decision: WR (CeeDee Lamb?) or trade out. Unconfirmed rumor about the Jets swapping picks with Philly (21) and acquiring CB Rasul Douglas + pick. Douglas is a borderline starter, but he was drafted by Joe Douglas.
Eagles in on CeeDee Lamb? Lamb tells ESPN's Josina Anderson that he "spent a lot" of time talking to the Eagles, including wide receiver coach Aaron Moorehead. Eagles will likely have to trade up to land Lamb.
Dillard on the trade block?: NBC Sports Derrick Gunn is hearing that Eagles offensive tackle Andre Dillard is available in a trade. Gunn reports: "I was also told Andre Dillard had been dangled out there as possible trade bait, to a couple of teams, and on a couple of occassions, the information came back: 'Not interested at this particular time.'"
DeSean Jackson on LeSean McCoy's Instagram: Says Howie Roseman wants to add a speedster to go opposite of him
This is a running post and will be updated throughout the NFL Draft.
