NFL Trade Deadline: Eagles live tracker

The NFL trade deadline is today—Tuesday, October 29th—at 4pm E.T.

The Philadelphia Eagles are expected to be one of the most active buyers on the market. Yesterday, the Eagles acquired Brown LB Genard Avery for a future fourth-round pick. 

Doug Pederson spoke about the trade deadline on Monday's 94WIP Morning Show:

"Howie and I talk quite a bit here in the last few days, weeks leading up to this," Pederson told Angelo Cataldi on Monday. "Look, it's gotta be right for the Philadelphia Eagles, it's gotta be right for our team. I don't think you just go and pull the right just to pull the trigger. I think you gotta be smart, it's gotta be someone who can come in and help, if we even decide to make a move. We are getting some guys back healthy now here hopefully this week and the next couple of weeks, and we got a bye coming up. We're getting there. We'll take a look and see if somebody can help us win games. Again, it's gotta be the right person."

• The Jets are open for business, and that apparently includes safety Jamal Adams. The Cowboys are reportedly interested.

Jets trade DE Leonard Williams to the Giants

More details: The 2021 5th-round pick that the Giants are trading to the Jets for Leonard Williams becomes a 4th-round pick if he signs a contract extension before the start of the league year, per source.Jets are paying $4 million of Williams' $6 million salary this season.
