But another name that has popped up in trade rumors is Minnesota Vikings 25-year-old wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who like Ramsey, is reportedly unhappy with his current team.
On #Vikings WR Stefon Diggs: His frustration with the organization has been palpable. He was not at practice yesterday for non-injury reasons. Teammates are left wondering if he wants to be there. The team is adamant he is not available for a trade, barring some massive deal.

October 3, 2019 Minnesota is averaging just 169.0 passing yards per game this season with new offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski. Diggs has just 13 catches and one touchdown on 19 targets in four games. Last season, Diggs caught 102 balls for 1,021 yards and a career-high nine touchdowns, not including a monstrous postseason where posted 14/207/1 in two games.
In July of 2018, Diggs signed a five-year extension worth $72 million, including $40 million guaranteed. So obviously, that presents a financial challenge for teams trying to acquire him. Also, according to reports, the Vikings are not willing to trade Diggs.
However, if they are and Howie Roseman can figure out the finances, Diggs would be a game-changer for the Birds, who have a murky wide receiver situation at best.
DeSean Jackson: Jackson is 32-years-old and dealing with hamstring issues. He hasn't played all 16 games in a season since 2013. He's under contract through 2021.
Alshon Jeffery: Jeffery is 29 years-old and has also dealt with multiple injuries over the past few seasons. His explosion and athleticism is clearly not the same. Jeffery has just two 100-yard receiving games since joining the Eagles.
Nelson Agholor: Agholor, 26, is the Eagles' most explosive wideout. The problem is, of the three aforementioned wide receivers, he has the worst hands. Also, Nelly is an unrestricted free-agent after the season, leaving his future with the team very much up in the air.
J.J. Arcega-Whiteside: 22-year-old rookie, second-round pick. Are we sure he's good? He has two NFL catches and one massive drop.
Mack Hollins: 26-year-old third-year WR, former fourth-round pick, who missed the entire 2018 season with a groin injury. He has 26 career catches.
Naturally, the Eagles are going to be tied to a lot of the top players in the rumor mill, like Diggs and Ramsey, as the October 29th trade deadline nears because a) Howie Roseman likes to wheel and deal and has had success doing it and b) the Eagles are Super Bowl contenders and are going for it.
The Eagles will face the Vikings in Minnesota in Week 6 on Sunday, October 13th at 1pm.
