The Eagles are "pretty likely" to face the Vikings on Thanksgiving Day 2019, according to Sports Business Journal's John Ourand.

Ourand dropped the nugget on Jimmy Traina's Sports Illustrated media podcast

"I didn't actually write about this but I have heard that Minnesota vs. Philadelphia is one that's in play," Ourand said regarding the 2019 NFL Thanksgiving Day slate. "It's not dead set, but I'm told that it's pretty likely."

The opponents for the Cowboys and Lions were also leaked, setting up a potential 2019 Thanksgiving slate that looks like:

12:30PM: Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

4:30PM: Miami Dolphins at Dallas Cowboys

8:20PM: Philadelphia Eagles at Minnesota Vikings

Philadelphia hasn't played on Thanksgiving since 2015.

The Eagles and Vikings have created a nice rivalry since the 2018 NFC Championship blowout win for the Eagles in Philadelphia. The Vikings beat the Eagles in Week 5 of the 2018 season.
