Back on November 18th, the Saints handed the Eagles their worst loss of the season—48-7. It was a low point for Philadelphia, who fell to 4-6 with the loss.
Since then, the team has won six of their last seven games, including Sunday's thrilling playoff win over the Bears.
And now, they're facing a rematch with the Saints in New Orleans, exactly what the defending champs wanted.
Jason Peters on how he felt after the Week 11 Saints loss: “They ran up the score. We wanted them again, we got them again. This time, we comings. It’s not going to be the same outcome.” #Eagles

January 7, 2019 Peters' "running up the score" comment is in reference to Sean Payton's decision to go for it on 4th and 7 with 13:19 to go, leading 38-7, against the Eagles.

November 18, 2018 When the Saints clinched the NFC's No. 1 seed, running backs Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram took shots at the Eagles by putting on ski masks and calling them "fraudulent." Before that, Kamara said the Saints would have "beat the s**t" out of the Eagles last season, if they faced each other in the NFC Championship.
As for Peters, the 36-year-old future Hall Of Famer has been anchoring an offensive line that has been dominant of late. The Eagles allowed just one sack against the Bears and have shut down the league's best pass rushers over the last few weeks.
Eagles have faced Aaron Donald, J.J. Watt and Khalil Mack during their four-game winning streak. Those three players have combined for a TOTAL of zero sacks and three QB hits against them.Big credit to the offensive line and coaches for game-planning.
