The New York Knicks are open to trading forward Marcus Morris, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
Sources: Knicks have remained enthusiastic about idea of signing Marcus Morris to a new deal this summer, but as trade offers become richer in assets this week, they'll stay open to idea of moving him. Many contenders have interest in him.

Many contenders are interested in adding Morris, and for good reason. The Sixers are likely one of those teams, but do not have as many assets as other potential trade partners.
Morris, a 30-year-old Philadelphia native, is averaging a career-high 19.4 points and 5.5 rebounds on 44.0 FG% / 43.8 3P% / 81.6 FT% shooting. Morris has a $15 million salary this season before becoming an unrestictred free-agent after the season.
In order to take on Morris' 2019-20 remaining salary, the Sixers would be to move some significant pieces. Maybe a three-team deal could be possible, but Elton Brand certainly is going to have his work cut out for him ahead of Thursday's trade deadline. The Sixers are reportedly interested in bringing back wing player Robert Covington.
