Let the legal tampering period begin!
As of Monday, March 16th at 12pm NFL organizations are scheduled to be allowed to contact and enter into contract negotiations with agents of players who will become unrestricted free agents upon the expiration of their 2019 player contracts at 4:00pm on Wednesday, March 18th, when the 2020 NFL season officially begins.
Obviously, the impact of Coronavirus looms, but according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, the free-agency period is still set to begin at noon eastern time.

Cap space: According to the NFLPA, the Eagles will be rolling over $21 million from the 2019 season in salary cap space. When you add that to the $23.2 million in cap space they are projected to have, their number jumps to around $44.2 million.
