Apparently, Nick Foles was walking around Center City from the parking lot to Del Frisco's Steakhouse on the night the Eagles won the NFC Championship, but no one recognized him.
Foles told the story on the new episode of his The Mission of Truth podcast about his Super Bowl experience, which will be released on Friday. Here's a preview he released on Wednesday.
Really excited for you to hear our new episode coming out this Friday 5/29 on my Super Bowl experience with the @Eagles. We dive deeper than we ever have before and share stories that have never been told. @MofT_Podcast @ChrisMaragos pic.twitter.com/TavIOawHDX

"I put my hoodie on and my beanie and I'm walking through the crowd," Foles said. "Not on Broad Street, off of Broad Street, a couple side streets. I'm walking right next to people wearing my jerseys after we just won the NFC Championship game. Incognito!
"Looking back, because the underdog was the theme, and everybody was wearing dog masks. I should have just got a dog mask! I was not thinking. But anyway, we made it there. No one recognized us."
Nick Foles just knows what to say every time he speaks.
