Warminster Township police Officer Ryan Bunda is a hero and he listens to Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show.
Bunda rescued a man experiencing a seizure in his truck in Warminster Township around 9:30am on Wednesday in the area of County Line Road and Newtown Road, according to PhillyVoice.com.
Dashcam footage from Bunda's patrol car not only shows the situation unfolding, but if you listen closely you can hear 94WIP in the background.
Bunda was able to stop the car by putting his hand on the brake and eventually got help from a firefighter who was passing by, and they were able to call an ambulance.
"I opened the door, thankfully it was locked—while it was moving," Bunda said during a live appearance on the 94WIP Morning Show a few days later.
"Officer Bunda's rapid and decisive actions were both heroic and lifesaving," Warminster Township police said in a statement per PhillyVoice.com.
The truck driver's condition is not believed to be life-threatening, per PhillyVoice.com.
"We are honored you would hear our show while this was going on," Cataldi said.
"Let's just say after I got back in my car, I went back and listened," Bunda replied.
