In Sunday's game between the Redskins and Eagles, the NFL officials missed a dirty hit by Washington defensive lineman Daron Payne on QB Carson Wentz.

The play was spotted by Broncos film scout Brandon Thorn on Twitter.

Wentz led the Eagles to a 32-27 comeback win, completing 28 of 39 passes for 313 yards and three touchdowns. He was sacked just once.
Payne, a second-year player, finished the game with three total tackles, one tackle for a loss, one pass deflection, and the aforementioned controversial QB hit.
