Former 76ers General Manager, Billy King, joined the 94WIP Morning Show to discuss what the Sixers are going to do this off-season.

And, of course, was asked more specifically about James Harden.

Many fans and experts alike have been questioning the length of the contract and how much he would get in the open market, as the expectation is that he will decline his $35.6 Million player option with Philadelphia.

King says he would offer Harden a two-year deal for up to $80 million, with a partial guarantee for a third year based on incentives to meet in the first year.

"Two years with a partial guarantee in the third, just to have him back", King said of what he thinks The Sixers should offer Harden this summer. Morning Show host Joe DeCamara then asked Billy what the team should do if he says no to that offer, "Well, then you have to look at the market...but I don't think he (James) could get that in the open market, so then you just play the waiting game out."

The Beard has until Thursday to decide whether or not he wants to decline his player option with the 76ers. Harden is turning 34 this year and is coming off of a season where he led the NBA in assists while averaging 21 points per game.
