Ray Didinger joined Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie to discuss many topics, including the Philadelphia 76ers' disappointing second-round loss and more specifically, Joel Embiid's poor performance in Game 7.
"One of the things that bothers me is that I almost think he cared more about winning the MVP than the championship," Didinger said on Wednesday's 94WIP Morning Show when asked about Embiid.
"I think that this year, I hate to say this, I think he may have maxed out," Didinger continued on Embiid. "This may be as good as it is going to get for him. And from this point forward, physically he is going to start breaking down...The NBA is not a big man's league anymore. That player can score you a lot of points and do a lot of things, but championship teams aren't built around the big man anymore."
