The Cowboys' offseason has been very quiet recently... that was until Wednesday morning when ESPN's Adam Schefter dropped a bomb relating to the contract of one Zack Martin.

On the same day Martin was given a 99 rating on Madden 2024, which he happened to share on his rarely-used Twitter account, Schefter reported that the Cowboys All-Pro guard is unhappy with his contract and is considering not reporting for training camp next week due to the Cowboys "lack of interest in restructuring it."

Martin believes he is “woefully underpaid relative to the market," Schefter added.

Martin has two years left on the six-year, $84 million extension he signed in 2018. At the time, the deal made him the highest-paid guard in the NFL. He is set to make $13.5 million this year and has a non-guaranteed base salary of $13 million for the 2024 season.

According to Spotrac, the six-time All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowler is the ninth-highest-paid guard in the NFL behind Atlanta's Chris Lindstrom ($20.5 mil per season), Indianapolis' Quentin Nelson ($20 mil) and Braden Smith ($17.5 mil), Green Bay's Elgton Jenkins ($17 mil), Jacksonville's Brandon Scherff ($16.5 mil), Cleveland's Joel Bitonio ($16 mil), Kansas City's Joe Thuney ($16 mil) and Cleveland's Wyatt Teller ($14.2 mil).

Shan, RJ and Bobby discussed the report on Wednesday's show and debated if Martin deserves a new contract.
