The Philadelphia Eagles have lost a big time defensive player in Javon Hargrave, who signed a four-year, $84 million deal with the San Francisco 49ers ($40 million guaranteed), per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Hargrave, 30, is coming off an excellent season with the Eagles where he recorded a career-high 11.0 sacks. Now, he joins the team the Eagles beat in this year's NFC Championship game, adding insult to injury.
