Graham on aftermath of Hurts, Brown comments: 'Was on my heart to do'

Philadelphia Eagles veteran defensive end Brandon Graham spoke about the aftermath of his viral comments regarding teammates Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown.

"I didn't listen to nothing," Graham told the 94WIP Morning Show during his weekly Tuesday morning in-studio appearance. "Don't even turn the TV on because I know they going crazy. But, it's like, alright let's go out here and let's take care of business and that's what we did. If anything, I was more hype because that's all that was for I felt, because it was on my heart to do. Man, I'm telling you, we got something special...I'm just happy it happened the way it did."

Eight days ago on his 94WIP Brandon Graham Show live at Chickie's, BG made comments about the relationship between Hurts and Brown that went viral, causing a bit of a public stir that the Eagles eventually addressed publicly and privately.

“I know 1 is trying and 11 could be a little better with how he responds to things. They were friends before this, but things have changed. I understand that because life happens," Graham said on Monday, December 9th.

BG apologized to his teammates the next morning on 94WIP.

In Sunday's 27-13 impressive win over the Steelers, Hurts and Brown responded emphatically connecting for eight catches on 11 targets for 110 yards and a touchdown.

Hurts threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns silencing the passing game critics, at least for now.

Graham, 36, tore his triceps in Week 12. DeCamara asked BG if it is possible he could return for the Super Bowl, if the Eagles were to reach it.

"Anything is possible, so that's how I'm gonna feel," Graham said. "Just know we workin' trying to see what happens. We got to get there. Guess I'll be ready to tell you when we get there."
