Joe Giglio believes this will be Slay's final year as an Eagle.
"I think he's done here, I think we've seen the last of Slay," Giglio said on Monday's 94WIP Midday Show with Hugh Douglas.
"The timing of this surgery is all wrong," Douglas said.
It was announced on Saturday that Slay underwent arthroscopic knee surgery, "but is expected back by the end of the regular season."
"My first though when I saw the Slay news is, his time as an Eagle is about to be over," Giglio said. "I think they're going to have two starting new corners next year. Bradberry is about to be cooked. And Slay, has not been bad this year, but I also think we're getting on the wrong side of 30. He's just going to get worse as years go on and I'm still bothered by Friday."
This is the clip of Slay on his podcast which went viral.
"Dude, I don't care and I don't want to hear it," Giglio reacted.
Slay, 32, has two interceptions, one pick six, 14 passes defended and 57.0 combined tackles this season.
